For me personally? I'd love to be able to quickly sort and categorize photos I've downloaded from NetNewsWire into the right folders without having to go through the task of navigating to the right ones every time I restart my machine. And, as far as work is concerned, I could use it with iWorks and it would save me heaps of time navigating my work directories to drill down to the this year, this month folder.
