Pain & Relief

It's been a busy couple of days with lots going on at work and at home, things are still pretty hectic but hey what would life be without challenge. My toe is mending well but I must have developed some sort of passive death wish lately now having torn tissue in my neck, which is as you can imagine pretty damn sore. Ibuprofen FTW :) Anyway I hope to have new content up on the blog very soon, this weekend if my schedule permits, until then check out the preview for this weeks podcast below. ...
